AUTHORS' INTRODUCTION

Hey guys! It’s me – Dhanya! I just so happen to be the co-owner of this blog, alongside Wei Ling. So, here are some things you should know about me. Let me FORMALLY introduce myself – Hi, I’m Dhanya. It’s nice to meet you all (oh God, too formal) Hmm. Now, onto my interests. I enjoy music and reading thoroughly. What type of music? One Direction. Definitely. But in general, I like all sorts of music. 
I could say I love reading but when I don’t read, I tend to blame it on lack of time. If we’re being completely honest, I spend A LOT of my free time on my phone (probably not a good thing). But to prove to everyone that I don’t spend ALL my time on my phone, you may or may not see some book reviews on my holiday reads. I'll also be posting about interesting events in my life and "interesting" facts about myself. I will try my absolute best not to bore everyone here to death.
Hmmm. What else can I say about myself? Oh yea, I'm a POOM 2 in Taekwondo and have been attending lessons since I was seven (thanks to my grandma) and I just finished my Grade 6 exam in ballet and am planning to take my Intermediate Foundation exam too. I'm PRETTY sure I started ballet at the age of four but my grandma isnt entirely sure about that one either. 
I think I'll let you guys in on something about myself. I'm always giving excuses to my mom about not being sociable enough or being shy and I suppose to SOME people it may seem that way. But, to those who know me personally (Wei Ling, for example) probably think I'm the COMPLETE opposite. You could say that once you get to know me, I probably never stop talking and probably interrupt my poor friends 24/7.
Alright. I think that's enough of my endless rambling, I hope you guys enjoy reading through this blog as much as we enjoy writing it. More to come.

Helloo everyone! I’m the co-owner of this blog, Wei Ling. Here’s some basic information about myself so you get to know me a little better.

My name, as you can probably tell, is Wei Ling. You guys can call me Whaleing, Whaley or WeiLo (weird names, I know). I enjoy baking and nail art very much and most of my posts will be about that. I am a huuuuuge Fangirl of Kpop and One Direction –a very odd combination indeed. And, no, when I say “Kpop” I DO NOT mean Gangnam Style. I have heard the phrase “oh you mean PSY and EXO?” WAAAAAY too many times when telling someone that I like Korean Pop Music. I wish to spread the love of Kpop to my readers but if you aren’t into this genre, feel free to skip the posts about it. 
You could DEFINITELY say that i'm a girly girl as I like girly things like beauty and skincare, dresses over pants, glittery and shiny objects and dramas. No, I don't mean real-life drama, but TV dramas and, of course, K-dramas!!! 
Another thing that I really like is FOOD. Some people eat to live but I live to eat. I'm not much of a picky eater, although I was when I was younger. However, I can't eat spicy foods (not because of allergies, but just because I can't take the heat or in Malaysian terms, "Cannot tahan. Too pedas"). Also, I am lactose intolerant which means I cannot take dairy products such as milk and cheese. This is very sad for a person who lovesss ice cream. :(

We chose each other as partners for this project as we are very close friends and we can work together very well. We know each other's weaknesses and strengths and how to help each other improve our writings.
